Looking for skilled carpenter to demo kitchens and bathrooms for remodels. Needs to know how to read elevations. Must work clean, work all over the island, be flexible for when issues arise. Must have a truck for transportation. Must be reliable! Knowing how to do drywall and painting repair is not needed but definitely a plus. This is part time to full time. I have a lot of work but I’m not promising anything until I see that applicant is capable. I am not into hand holding. I have work available immediately if applicant is ready. I am booked several months out already.
