Weed pulling and/or Mowing/Yardwork

Two properties next to each other. I don't want to use herbicide, so I'm looking for 1-2 kids or an adult to pull weeds and maybe some other light yard work. Most of the weeds pull out easily. You can work your own amount of hours per day and you can choose the day(s) that you want to work. I have estimated that it will take about 30-50 hours to do the initial weeding job. After the initial weeding, I will be needing someone to pull weeds for a 2-4 hours every week, maybe more hours especially after major rains. I'm also looking for someone (could be the same person who also weeds) to mow, rake and cleanup the yards as well as some pruning. This is a steady one day a week job (6-8 hrs). If you have the desire and talent, the irrigation needs some TLC periodically. My wife and I own both properties. One for 27 years and the other for 15 years. After initial training, you will be on your own. I have an outside frig so you can stow food and drinks for when you take breaks. Hourly pay amount is commensurate to skill level and dependability!
