We are a family owned company located in South Minneapolis looking for construction related service technicians with minimum 2 years of siding or framing experience who want a place to grow and advance in their skills. We service over 20 different facets of exterior construction for the property management industry. We work primarily within the 9 county metro area. Description of Duties: Work with/lead a team of other service technicians to complete high quality work on budget. Ability to find, diagnose, and repair numerous forms of leaks and other forms of building envelope issues. Ability to accurately communicate the work you perform on job sites. Be able to problem solve with our sales team and your production manager when unforeseens arise. Driving and maintaining a BEI company vehicle. Perform various exterior and interior home repairs including but not limited to: roofs, siding, gutters, framing & decks. Skills and Requirements: Ability to work on your own as well as with other team members Work effectively and efficiently Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary Take pride in the work you perform and complete
