Found - gray tabby cat with socks

Young female cat found on bike path by The Quarters. She is extremely thin and followed us, walking beside us for about 15 minutes, all the way to our doorstep where she engulfed two bowls of food. I couldn’t take her into my apartment but left her with a neighbor. Please let me know if this is your cat.
