Terms & Conditions: The Sale Committee reserves the right to refuse any consignment. Bidder accepts Terms & Conditions and will be bound by them. Transportation must be arranged by the Buyer and all animals picked up on sale day unless other arrangements are agreed upon with the consignor. All purchases must be paid in full, day of the sale. Payment must be cash or good check with proper ID. Buyers not known to the Sale Committee must have bank letter of guarantee. Credit cards will be accepted with a 3% convenience fee added to the total. 6% KY Sales Tax will apply unless proper tax exemption forms are provided. Settlement to consignors will be paid on sale day. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over advertising. Buyer must assume immediate responsibility for any purchases.
