Keyboardist or Rhythm Guitarist Needed for Jam Outfit

We currently are searching for another musician to round out our band, we play improvisational jam band music and are looking for someone who can fill out our sound, we mostly play Grateful Dead covers and some other funk, rock, and jazz standards. We currently have 3 outstanding musicians on drums, guitar, and bass; all very experienced with extensive gigging history. Must be able to improvise on the fly and react to the rest of the band, we are looking to eventually play small festivals and occasional gigs. Ideally, we would like to find a keyboardist who could keep up but a talented rhythm guitarist could work assuming you can avoid clashing with the other guitar's sonic space and fit well into our sound. Emphasis would be given to those who could also sing while playing their instrument. We also have our own rehearsal spaces in Charlottesville.
