We serve clients in Chester, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties in over 50 residential sites. Our daily mission is to embrace, enrich, and empower the lives of our clients and employees. Alongside direct care for clients in their homes, we provide community integration services, vocational training, and job coaching. Direct Care Counselor/DSP essential duties: Work in a residential setting taking care of individuals with physical, intellectual developmental disabilities Work in our Community Participation program by taking clients into their communities Full time and part time shifts available Hiring for all shifts, primarily 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) - schedules mainly consist of three days in the week and one day in the weekend Paid training in online and in-person environments Caring, family-like working environment in clients homes where we embrace/enrich/empower the lives of others - purpose driven Opportunities for overtime (time and a half over 40 hours)
