sand and polyurethane wood floors

Second floor apartment needs sanding and 2 or probably 3 coats of oil based polyurethane. Dining room is approx 12 x 14, living room approx 12 x 15, bedroom approx. 12 x 9. There are two closets approx 3 x 4 each and one stairway landing approx 4 x 5. Apartment is well air conditioned. It will be cool when you start, but vents need to be covered when sanding. Unit is empty, no furniture to move. Floor has no cupping or other major damage. There is a 10 x 15 inch metal floor grate in one room. We can sand and polyurethane around it. Job is ready to start right now. In fact preference will be given to anyone who can get started this weekend, July 30 and or 31. Reply to make appointment to see the job, or you can reply with a price if you want to do it this weekend. I can show the job this evening. The stairway to second floor has one sharp curve. Please tell me how much experience you have doing floors. One worker must speak clear English and also speak the language of any other workers who do not speak English.
