About Us: Graham Built Corp. has been leading Mass Save partner for over 10 years, specializing in weatherization and insulation of residential & commercial buildings. We are currently expanding our staff and are seeking an experienced crew chief + crew to meet the growing needs of our customers. Call today to set up your interview! (781) 924-5229. Position: Crew Chief Pay: Up to $30 per hr to start. Also, will receive "rate" or % of each job. Benefits: PTO, 401k, Health Insurance Location: Pembroke (serving south shore MA) Requirements: - Insulation experience (blown in cellulose + air / duct sealing) - Knowledge of basic tools - Light carpentry skills - Able to lift 50-60 pounds - Climb ladders to 20 feet - Crew Lead Certification - Lead Safe Certification - Occasionally be in confined spaces - Strong time management skills - Ability to comply with a pre-employment background check and drug screen What we are looking for: As a full-time Crew Chief, you take responsibility for overseeing each job to completion. Before the projects begin, you review the job proposal and site to determine the equipment and tools needed. You make schedules ahead of time to ensure the proper workforce is there to deliver exceptional services. During jobs, you lead by example and inspire your team to take pride in their work. Your strong communication skills aid you in understanding the expectations of the project and leads to satisfied customers. You also complete and turn in all necessary job paperwork Position: Crew Pay: Up to $25 per hr. to start. Eligible to receive "rate" or % of each job.
