I need to remove old tile, toss it out to a dumpster and put new tile on a balcony in my apartment. I don't care about your permits, papers or licensing. NO CRAZY PRICES! You has to be neat person with his own tools, who don't smell marijuana. Plan of the job: You arrive in the morning, measure balcony and check what you would need to check. We will go together to Home Depot (1 mile from my Apt) and buy tile and everything you would need. You have to have your own tile cutter! Come back next day for grout.
