african clawed frog comes with everything

I bought this baby African clawed frog about a month ago planning to bring it to college with me but I found out I can’t bring it because it’s technically not a fish(they only allow fish in the dorms). I could only get a picture of his butt, but his name is Artemus Prime(I know it doesn’t make sense). He comes with everything he needs(10 gallon tank with everything in it which includes: the two rock hideaways, the fake log hideaway, the stone substrate at the bottom of the tank, the filter, the lid with the LED light, his sinking wafer food, and healthy bacteria for the tank). I’m asking $40 for everything. Thanks!
