Description
Hi Bands and Venues!
I'm an experienced live sound engineer available for hire. If you're a band, i'll tour with you and provide a consistent experience for your fans and for you. If you're a venue, i'll help you tune your room and get you the best sound for your budget that will impress any bands that come through.
I have background in recording as well as live sound. I have experience working on numerous different analog and digital desks, a very strong understanding of signal flow, but most importantly, I have a good ear for a mix, and a good attitude.
I know what volume your guitar amps should be at, i know how to create isolation on stage without using glass barriers, or gating or any other odd tricks. I'm approachable with feedback, constructive criticism, and I will work with you to achieve your goal. I aim to be a passive entity which means when people listen, they hear a band, not a sound engineer.
I'm not in the moving business meaning I'm not interested in moving thousands of pounds of speakers for every show on my own. I do have a my own gear with is very capable for <500 Cap situations, but would prefer to not be leveraging that for every gig.
If you're a venue looking to hire me, you can have your own house gear or if you don't, I can help you make affordable purchases to get the best sound for your budget. If you're a band, I'll travel with you and link into the house gear for whichever venue you're playing, help you get your perfect monitor mixes on stage, and give you the same consistent Front of House mix for your fans.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I'm most interested in a mutual good fit and will happily be forthcoming if I feel I'm not the right solution for you.
