HELP!! This is a cash transaction so give us your best price! We are in desperate need of a licensed and insured HVAC tech who can install a gas furnace/AC combo unit within the next three days (8/1-4) may be some flexibility but very little.The unit that we have is pretty much done and the repair costs don’t make it worth it to do anything other than go forward with the replacement of a 21 year old unit. Old and new Units are in the attic. We would need the permit pulled, the old unit removed and hauled off and the new replacement unit installed and hooked up. You can keep any Freon recovered from the old unit. We will have at least one and possibly two 48” inch barrel fans to run in the attic for install. We have a pregnant daughter in the house who is scheduled to give birth this Friday and we just cannot bring a newborn into a hot house! Please text me at 336-414-8112. So long as you’re are licensed and pull the permits and the inspection passes, since we did not buy the unit from you we are willing to sign a liability waiver. we just ask for a one-year warranty on labor and depending on the price may be willing to enter into a yearly maintenance agreement with you. The scheduled install guy is sick and will not be available for several weeks!
