Flexible scheduling: base hours are 20 per week. 4 hours per day M-F Some evening and weekend hours may be needed for special events. We do have a mowing service and 2x weekly professional cleaning but there may be additional work needed to fill in any gaps. Skills Desired: General handyman Painting Yard work Light plumbing Door knob replacement Window blind repair/maintenance Hanging items on wall Seasonal decorating Time change of clocks 2x annually Room setup and tear down of tables and chairs as needed Restroom spruce up in between cleanings Vendor coordination for repairs as well as lawn care and cleaning services
