Need painting/drywall pro - 1 job now, many more to come

Looking for a LOCAL painter/drywall finisher who can come touch up a garage and fully prep/paint 1 room. (If the job is well done, I will keep hiring for more work in the rest of the house overtime) Garage Touchup: This is minor, Garage door installers made extra holes on the ceiling by mistake, They patched it up, but needs to be sanded down and touched up w/ paint Room Prep & Repaint: The paint job that was done in the room is terrible. So there's plenty to do: The popcorn ceiling needs to be removed, And the ceiling prepped for painting. All walls, doors, windows, and moldings must be sanded and repainted. The job may take multiple days to finish due to having to wait for the paint to dry, which is why I'm looking for someone local. We are happy to pay a fair price for the work, but due to previous bad experiences I rather pay after the work is complete, the paint is dry, and I don't see any bad/obvious imperfections. Can pay cash, cash app, or credit card, whatever is more convenient.
