The PT Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the maintenance team in all aspects of maintaining the property and grounds, as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, at a 144 unit apartment community in NW Greensboro, NC. MAJOR FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBLITIES -Common Area Maintenance -Unit Make Ready-Vacant Apartments -Exterior Building Maintenance -Resident Customer Service and Communication -Occupied Apartment Maintenance-Service Requests and Scheduled Routine Maintenance -HVAC Repair and Preventative Maintenance -Efficiency and Expense Control -Risk Management EDUCATION/SKILLS -HVAC and CPO certification preferred (NOT required) -A minimum of one-year experience in residential apartment maintenance, preferred -Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs -Must be capable of walking, climbing and working from ladders -Must maintain valid drivers license and vehicle insurance at all times -Must be able to work with minimum supervision -Must have average verbal and written communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace offering excellent benefits and training.
