Those Plastic NC Lottery Sleeves/Pouches

Hello all. I'm curious if anyone is willing to mail me a couple of those plastic sleeves they give away at gas stations and such for holding your lottery tickets from North Carolina. I'll pay $5 thru either Paypal or Apple Pay to cover the envelope and stamp. I am from northeast Ohio. So why would I ask this? I've wanted to move to Charlotte since I was a teenager, I'm currently 41. At the end of 2020, I resigned my job and set up a two month hotel stay to essentially drop everything and finally make the move there. Two days before I was set to physically hit the road, a driver in a stolen vehicle plowed into my vehicle and destroyed it, and lucky me he fled the scene on foot. That completely destroyed my plans and I'm not a college degree carrying man so my dream of living in Charlotte was squashed and I'm not sure I'll ever have that much money again. Anyway, I occasionally play a lottery ticket or two and it would just feel like a good luck charm of sorts to have a couple of NC lottery ticket sleeves here in Ohio.
