Honeycrisp Self Storage is looking for a Property Assistant to help with monthly cleaning of the property, checking of locks, and various small jobs. This position is part-time and would only require your time once or twice per month. Your responsibilities would include: - Clean the property grounds - once per month - Check all locks and inform the property management team which units have locks on them - once per month - Empty units when a tenant has left storage inside - once per month This is a very flexible position. We are looking for someone reliable who can help us run the facility and keep it clean. Compensation would include the use of a unit for free ($95 per month value), then $10 per hour, up to 10 hours per month.
