Renovation Crews needed

We are currently in search of crews to assist with ongoing renovations at apt communities in Clarksville, Nashville, Tullahoma, and surrounding areas. As an idea one of the Scopes includes: -painting unit- all walls, ceilings, doors, trim, kitchen and bathroom cabinets -replace all hinges on cabinets and hardware -changing out hinges on doors and doorknobs, and replacing door stops throughout -replacing all current light fixtures/fans with new -installing 2 inch blinds throughout -replacing countertops in bathroom and kitchen, to include sink and faucet and reconnect plumbing -installing subway tile in kitchen We can keep the work coming but you must be able to keep up with schedule and be dependable and reliable. Must have prior experience as well as have insurance and workman's comp or be workman's comp exempt, no exceptions.
