Lost cat, please help reunite

Please help me reunite with my cat. Been missing since July 10th. Last seen in my yard on Phillip street between Hallowell and Hillview blocks (4 streets North of Sam's Club). 59101 zip. It is very unlike her to leave the comforts of home as she is very skittish and easily spooked. I have neighbors who trap cats so I am very concerned. She is 2.5 years old and her name is Ember. She is micro chipped. She is tortoise shell in color, not calico as she has no white on her. Please let me know if you have any information. Thank you in advance.
