Ran into the pup on the intersection of Scott & Cooper. Tried to get a look at collar to call owner, but pupper was scared. Last seen running into the alley behind the brick building next to the traffic circle on Scott & Toole-- saw an open shed door that would be natural doggo shelter. That's all I know.
