CARPENTER needed to install simple wood stair railing + Handrail

We have a small section of interior stairs that need railings + a handrail on the other side. We want to go with something like the featured first photo- this is NOT our house. Using 2 x 4's with hand rail and then we want to add some horizontal 1' wood pieces instead of the black pieces in the photo. Our house is the 2nd 2 x photos. Some of the existing sides of the treads need to be trimmed too so that that a larger white wood piece could be installed Please do not respond if you do not know how to do this project with ease. We'd like a price for the project. We also have more things if this goes well.
