Hello, We are looking for trustworthy individual to help with our maintenance projects. Blue Room Home Finising is a division of Blue Room Construction, a general contracting company. We focus on small projects in a residential and commercial setting. Much of the work consists of punch list items, cabinet/door/window adjustment, small drywall repair, painting, demolition, and helping gather materials. Much of the maintenance work is done in finished spaces requiring extra care and concern as to not damage or dirty the property. Sometimes we jump over to the GC side to help with their projects and vise versa. We are looking for an individual with basic construction knowledge and a willingness to learn. Most importantly someone who is enjoyable to be around and capable of getting the job done without constant direct supervison. Starting wage is $25 for a month trial period. It will then increase up to $30 depending on performance. We are a growing company with work coming out of our ears.
