The Wave Car Care Center, Rocky Toppers and Mobil 1 Lube Express is currently seeking a full-time lube shop and car wash assistant manager. Requirements of the position: * Must have valid driver's license * Basic automotive knowledge * Oil change experience * Strong attention to detail * Positive attitude * Willingness to learn * Strong leadership skills. In addition to lube tech responsibilities, the person in this position will be handling pickup topper sales and installation and should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and have general maintenance experience. This is a very fast-paced environment and candidate must be able to multi-task as well as cope with the physical demands that this job may present along with the ability to jump-in and assist in any area needing assistance, including the car wash, cashier, and dry line. The successful candidate will also help drive business by focusing on the customer experience and should be able to work both independently as well as on a team. Candidate must have a solid work ethic, clean appearance, and a valid driver's license. The business is open 7 days a week and the shift would be Sunday through Thursday.
