Lost adult male white/ black cat

North West Fargo County Road 17 16th Avenue NW. Mostly White but has a black tail and a little black on his forehead. Comes to PJ is very friendly but has Tommy issues so don't like to be picked up. I don't have any money but I got a lot of crap so I'm sure we can figure out a reward if needed I just want my cat back.
