Paint prep and insulation blower machine labor needed Tuesday

I need a helper for a few hours on Tuesday at two separate places: help feed bales of cellulose insulation into a blower machine from 8-noon and then interior paint prep at another site (cleaning, masking, minimal scraping etc) for the rest of the day. $20/hr cash, 8 hours approx. You'll need to be able to help me load the heavy insulation blower down and up out of a truck, it's heavy. To reply: Please tell me about your construction experience.
