Final joint compound pass on 12 square feet. 4’ x 4’ piece with two pipe penetrations 4’ x 4’ piece, has a double and a single outlet box. 4’ x 8’ piece, has two electrical boxes and an octagonal box 3’ x 4’ ceiling piece, not shown in photos You need to be a competent drywaller. Needs to be texture ready. Second job, not shown: 4’ x 4’ ceiling piece at second job, in Lake Oswego. Also, advise whether you can do some popcorn texture match, 1’ wide x 10’ swath. We supply material.
