Shih Tzu needs new loving home

We have an 8 year old Shih Tzu that needs a new loving home. We have had hime since a puppy, he is an amazing dog but does have his issues. When he was 3 months old he had an accident at the groomers and at times doesn't like to be picked up. He has bitten my wife 2 times in 8 years, this is not the reason for a new home. I absolutely love this dog and this is killing me to do this. We have 2 new grandchildren and I don't feel comfortable with him around them. He would not react well to his tail or being played with roughly. He has many other amazing qualities that'll be sure to entertain for years. Very small rehoming fee to the right home.
