Build relationships with housekeepers, homeowners, and internal team members to ensure expectations are met and high-quality vacation rental standards are maintained. Primary Job duties • Build relationships with vacation rental housekeeping companies and homeowners, in multiple states. • Schedule housekeepers and assist with requests using technology in our vacation rental software • Listen to homeowner’s goals for their vacation rental and ensure that we help them meet those goals (occupancy, revenue, owner use, quality of cleanliness, maintenance, guest satisfaction) • Assist homeowners in protecting their investment (both the structure and the revenue) • Coordinate for, or complete, the owner’s requests for improvements, maintenance, reservations, online information and updates • Review owner statements to ensure that owner charges match owner expectations. • Communicate quickly and accurately with homeowners via phone, text and email • Ensure that owner’s onsite requests regarding their property, are completed efficiently and well by on site housekeeping and maintenance teams • Inspect properties as needed and complete work orders Pay: $21-$28/hr DOE Job Type: Full-Time TO APPLY: PLEASE REPLY VIA EMAIL AND INCLUDE YOUR RESUME.
