NEEDED Custom Snake Rack Builder

I am looking for someone that could build me a custom adult snake rack with heat tape. I've got roughly a 6 foot long by 3 foot deep by 3.5 foot high space I'm working with that I'd like to get the most capacity of bins within. I'd like to be able to house larger colubrids within these bins so finding bins that would give me that 3 feet of depth would be a must. If the unit could connect to run all the heat tape on one thermostat but the unit could be detached by individual columns of however many bins high that would be perfect. I'm good at designing the idea I have but bringing it to fruition is another story. If there's anyone that could make this possible please contact me through text or email.
