Central Oregon remodeling company is looking for a construction laborer to join our team! Our focus is residential remodeling, with occasional commercial work. We are looking for an individual that is reliable, driven, and willing to work and learn in a team environment. Primary Job Function: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. Job Knowledge: • Building and Construction – Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, building or other structures. • Mechanical – Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses, repair, and maintenance. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work. • Experience towing trailers and use of power tools is preferred. • The ability to work independently or as part of a team. • A positive attitude and be able to follow directions. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
