lost license plate and custom fender for my motorcycle please help

Possibly broke off because of pothole or bump Florida tag MQIR24 with pink fender made from "balloon time" helium tank I can make a new bracket and fender but being in Massachusetts it's hard to get a replacement plate from Florida the DMV there is hard to deal with Many people might recognize the motorcycle it goes to in the second picture Thanks
