looking for local band PR person suggestions

As the title states, we are a band looking to enter into a longterm agreement with someone local who has some experience doing PR work for bands. Ideally, this person would help us develop an effective strategy, but I want to be clear what we’re looking for is help with traditional media like features and reviews in magazines, securing radio interviews, etc. We’re an established band that has been in the Portland area for years, but we took a break during covid and are just about to start playing shows and releasing music again with a new lineup. If any bands have PR specialists they’ve worked with in the past in Portland that they could recommend we would appreciate that. If you’re not an experienced PR person but you’re creative, flexible, and think you might be able to help we’d love to talk to you. Either way, this is a paid gig with amount of pay to be negotiated/ determined.
