At least 1-2 years of experience required executing both repair and installation in the construction industry.
Effective communication with team and clients; organizational and time management skills are a must!
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds minimum.
Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and tools, ladders, and equipment to complete all jobs.
Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (stairs, ladders, etc.).
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills for fixing maintenance issues.
Ability to travel out of town is a plus.
