Would like someone who is Organized, Has some computer experience, Has a cell phone for calls and texts, and most importantly Has a pleasant disposition. Handyman skills a plus! Responsibilities include Respond to rental and maintenance inquires Schedule cleanings and repairs Show apartments to prospective renters Great opportunity for someone looking to earn some additional income without a huge time commitment (busy months August and May).
