We are looking to add a friendly focused person who loves cleaning to our janitorial team. The motivated and hardworking cleaner to clean vacant apartments, as well as upkeep on common areas in apartment buildings, i.e. public bathrooms, common hallways and stairwells. Qualifications: ◦ Detail-oriented ◦ Organized ◦ Dependable and flexible Prior janitorial experience is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: Cleaner is responsible for daily interior upkeep on a luxury apartment building complex. Duties include, but not limited to, entry areas, hallways and stairwell cleaning, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, mopping, sanitizing doors and window cleaning. Must be able to stand/walk for hours scheduled, lift and move objects weighing 15 to 25 lbs.
