Ok you need to get a TV. No really. Illinois is finally paying its bills. Our debt is finally comming down. Roads and bridges are getting fixed. Our governor has brought in thousands of new jobs. And made us part of the new electric auto industry. And held the line against those who would stop helping the poor. In Washington weren't backing a bill that would let Medicare and the like negotiate with big pharma. Tax the super wealthy 15% instead of them making billions and paying no taxes. And a ton of other related issues to help low income people. Plus make it so wack jobs have to be 21 before they mass kill with an assault rifle. And to top that off This time we have a governor that's getting all of our things done. And we still haven't put him in jail yet. Unlike the last several. He's managing to steal and still get the work done. He's a keeper. We're not doing great yet. But we're doing better than we've done in decades. For crying out loud. Get a television. Go on line and check up on the states records. Look at the watch- dog groups. The voice inside your head may be a good guy. But he's just not up to date. You need to come out here. Are there still problems. Of course. You have to go slow. If one state stars doing better than the rest around it too fast. They all want to come there. And it starts all over again. We're still in the shake- up stage of fixing Chicago yet. That's kind of messy until it funds its stride and settles out. Get a TV and give it some time. If you want to bitch about something. Go after the dumb hillbillies that can't see you have to get all of that old crap out of the way before you can fix anything. Like with anything. Before you fix it. You have to get the old part off And throw it away. So it doesn't get in the way or get confused with the new. And you put back the same old problems. I don't care how much you like the clunky sound the old part makes. It's got to go. It's not working. It's led to all of this.
