Need a sitter for 08/04 and ongoing!!

Looking for care for my three kids (9, 4 and 14 months) on 08/04 to babysit in our home in Antioch. I have two office days per month, commuting to Chicago. Hours would be between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Will pay daily rate of $150. This would be ongoing monthly if we decide to work together. No pets in the home. Thanks!
