APPLICATION: Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Ability to lift 30 lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to move quickly Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Duties: Taking customer orders Process high volume point of sale transactions Food preparation Collaborate with co-workers to deliver quality products to the customer Partner with co-workers to maintain a safe and profitable business Encourage a healthy and inclusive culture by being respectful of all co-workers Practice the highest standards of sanitation Monitor minors to ensure they take their scheduled breaks and lunches during their shift Communicate out-of-stock supplies with the manager with supplies run out completely Report any emergencies and/or injuries to the HR Manager Ensure subordinates are clocking in and out when they are supposed to according to their schedule Make the product of your booth to the specifications of the area manager Train employees as needed on their task at hand Grill, cook, fry, or roast products in your booth or train an employee 18+ to do this task Keep the work area clean and sanitized Working in a busy, fast-paced environment Other duties as assigned Experience: Supervisory/Leadership experience (Required) Customer service (Preferred) Restaurant experience (Preferred) Kitchen experience (Preferred) Gig work experience (Preferred) Qualifications: Clear Communication Skills (Loud voice is a bonus) Self-Control Taking Responsibility Patience Quick Learner Accurate Counter Basic Math Friendly Calm under pressure Delegation Problem Solving Skilled Multitasker Inclusive Mindset Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Some college or military experience (Preferred) Requirements: US work authorization (Required) Minimum of 18 years of age Lift 30lbs Stand on feet for several hours at a time Available work all day six days in a row Current Washington Food Handlers Permit (If not, you will have time to get one) Free of illegal drugs and drugs that impair abilities Must be able to communicate in English COVID-19 considerations: Common surfaces are sanitized regularly
