Oak and Iron Building Company is a local contracting company looking for an experienced crew member to join the team. Ideally, this person would be able to step into a leadership position and help manage current and upcoming projects, train team members, keep the crew on task, and work with subcontractors. We offer a good weekly schedule (Monday through Thursday) and are willing to negotiate an acceptable pay rate. We also offer health insurance and benefits. Below are some desired qualifications. - Experience in construction management - Knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods - Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards - Understanding all facets of the construction process - Competent in conflict and crisis management - Leadership skills - Multi-tasking skills - Time and project management skills - Attention to detail We are hoping to fill two positions.
