Non-profit affordable housing provider seeks Maintenance Technician to join our team and assist with operation of an 84-unit building in Downtown Bellingham. We're looking for a Maintenance Tech that will: - perform a variety of general building maintenance tasks - make vacated units ready for new tenants - monitor building systems and work with contractors to keep systems running at their best - bring a helpful and positive attitude to work - and seek to provide tenants with a safe, positive and sanitary living environment Successful candidate will be able to maintain a peaceful and professional demeanor even when face with challenging residents.
