30 hrs after a Cat was mutilated on d st in blaine I was watering my flowers in my yard at 7 am and heard a man whistling and calling kitty kitty kitty. This is the exact thing the person was saying on the owners camera of the mutilated cat. Unfortunately no pictures of the person. This coincidence is just too concerning not to share. I won't post his photo. Authorities have the info. I am trying to spread the word to animal owners. Keep them inside for now!!! Alot of missing cat posters up recently and it breaks my heart.
