Employment - Looking to hire a Maintenance Person To Join Our On-site Crew For An Apartment Community in Dickinson, Texas 77539 This person to be knowledgeable and know how to do: Painting Drywall, tape/float, texture Flooring i.e. ceramic tile, laminate wood, base Doors/Frames/Trim/Hardware Carpentry Trash Haul Off Minor Electrical Minor Plumbing Minor HVAC Generally A Jack Of All Trade Worker This person will be handling: Tenant daily maintenance work orders Tenant move out and make ready for new tenants Rehabbing units. Having your own TRUCK is a plus to pick up and haul stuff in or out of the property. You need your own tools Full time job minimum 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8AM to 5 PM.
