Air BNB Company is looking for a Part Time Property Manager with basic maintenance skills to oversee our properties in Cypress. Basic maintenance skills include: assembling furniture, putting up towel pars, changing faucets, changing door locks, etc. For complicated plumbing/electrical/HVAC repairs you will be supervising vendors. Flexible Hours: You set your schedule. Example: you can work 4-5 Days a week, 9AM to 1 PM, or 12 Noon to 5PM. About 20 Hours per week. You get paid based on the hours you work. Must live close to Cypress as you have to be available for occasional urgent maintenance requests.
