Our local growing Residential Remodeling & Repair Company is looking to add at least one crewmember to our staff. We are looking for an honest, dependable person with good a attitude to help us complete a variety of projects consisting of (but not limited to): Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels, Garage Conversions, Interior & Exterior Painting, Flooring, Carpentry, General Household Repairs & More. We are an In-House Full-Service Remodeling Company. We are looking for candidates with at least some prior experience in the construction or remodeling industry. Although specific minimums are not required, a knowledge set in the 5 to 10 year range would suffice as we are looking for candidates who would feel confident working on their own should the need arise though most work will be performed in as part of the team. Therefore, a competent level of carpentry comprehension will be required, and strong skills in any particular trade will open pathways for rapid advancement. Further training will be provided on the job, so a willing attitude is also requisite. If lack of experience is an issue, you may inquire to see if we are taking applications for our Helper's position ($11-$13hr). Pay for this entry position will depend upon experience history, availability, and demonstration of knowledge and will range anywhere from $14 to $18 an hour plus bonuses. Please do not apply if you require pay outside of this range, though accepted candidates will receive 3 raises per year (typically in $1 increments) with satisfactory performance. Start Date for this position is anticipated for July 18th (though exceptions can be made for both earlier and later starts). 85% of our work is in the KATY area and much of it is on Katy’s west side or west of Katy.
