Hiring Experienced Thread Inspectors Walk-Ins Welcome Day and Night Shift API Threads, 8 Round and Buttress MRP Experience Preferred Ensure all post-production materials are inspected, tested, and documented according to standard quality procedures. Oversee any pre-production quality inspection concerns and determine the best course of action while under supervision. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and mass; and interpret bar graphs. Aptitude to calculate and use the following instruments – Scale in 1/8”, 1/16”, 1/32” and 1/64” increments – 12” to 72” long; Protractor Head, Diameter Tape – 100’s increments, Micrometers, Diameter Tape – 1/64” increments, 6” Vernier Caliper, 50’ Tapes, Ring Gauges, Squares, Levels, Line Levels, Various Tape Measures, Conversion Charts (Decimal to Fraction, Fraction to Decimal), Tri-Square, String Line, Feeler Gauges, Overhead Scale, Dial Indicators, Calipers
