David is a retired band director with 40+ years teaching experience in Texas. He is active as an Adjudicator at Band and Orchestra events in Texas and works as a clinician for several band programs in the Houston area. David still works often as a Saxophonist in the Southeast Texas/Southwestern Louisiana area. He has performed with groups such as Barry White, The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Mills Brothers, Rosemary Clooney, Jack Jones, Frankie Avalon, Johnny Mathis, Steve Allen,, Cab Calloway, Aretha Franklin, and many other regional and nation acts.
