2nd Shift Maintenance Technician There is an opportunity to earn a sign-on perfect attendance bonus of $750 at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and 120 days. Total sign-on bonus is $3,000. Wage:  $21.00-$26.00 hourly Job Type: Full Time Number of Hires for This Role: 1 Required Skills: ·        Proficient in electrical schematics and Mechanical drawings ·        Read and understand manuals ·        Must be able to read/write and perform basic mathematical calculations. ·        PLC and HMI knowledge a plus. ·        Good verbal and written communication skills.  Essential Functions: ·       Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment. Both CNC and manual include Brake presses, lasers, mills, saws, compressors, and dryers. ·        Electrical installation and repair. ·        Mechanical installation and repair. ·        Preventive and predictive maintenance tasks. ·        Work with and understand machine controls. ·        Equipment change over, according to production specifications. ·        Inspect or test damaged machine parts and advise supervisors of repair needs.  ·        Repairing or re-routing shop power sources such as electric, air and water. ·        Repair small shop tools as needed, such as grinders, buffers, saws, etc. ·        Review equipment or processes and make recommendations to increase productivity or promote cost savings.
