Full Job Description: We are looking for experienced painting crews to start painting right away! Get more local work now! If your crew is looking for immediate work painting homes and commercial buildings, we want to hear from you. We take care of getting you the work, marketing and selling the jobs, color coordination, management, scheduling and processing of the jobs. All you and your team has to do is focus on painting. You remain in charge of your team and projects, and we ensure that you have a full schedule and are paid on-time each week directly into your bank account. Painting Crew Leader Responsibilities: -Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects -Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff -Lead a crew of painters and represent our company brand with pride on each job site -Maintain a safe and clean work environment from start to finish -Good communication skills must be Fluent in English both writing and speaking -Must have a smartphone to communicate with customers and Production Manager, including uploading daily updates and photos to our in-house software application -Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion -Performs daily walkthroughs with customer including on the final day, collecting final invoice checks, and turning them into our office during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm -Must be reliable with great attendance during working hours and be onsite each day Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm (Working on Saturdays will need to be approved by your Production Manager first and we do not work on Sundays or holidays) Required Skills: -Experience in a leadership role in a painting or other service company -Basic Carpentry, drywall knowledge for minor repairs and texturing -Familiarity with painting tools and equipment -Ability to handle physical workload -Deadline and detail-oriented -Ability to independently solve problems -Customer service oriented, you like getting a job done right -Operates with a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and willingness to grow within a team environment Requirements: -Minimum of three years of painting experience verifiable through customer or job references -Own tools, equipment, clean well maintained, reliable, unmarked work van or truck -Has team of W-2 employees not 1099 working for you -General liability and Workers Comp. insurance coverage -Clean painters whites and unbranded white shirts (Company shirts and branding item's will be provided) -Be able to produce 2-4 quality jobs per week -Must be located in Lee or Collier county with a state of Florida driver license Terms: We take care of getting you the work, marketing and selling the jobs, color coordination, management, scheduling and processing of the jobs. Therefore everything that is done prior to you arriving at the job is deducted from the project payout. You understand and agree that projects assigned to you are not full retail price(s). Our cost(s) and fees come out prior to assignment(s) and you are responsible for producing the job only.
