Workspace / studio space for Artists

Hello, I’m renting out a room in my house as a workspace / art studio for artists and creatives. This is NOT a roommate post. I’m not looking for a roommate, I’m looking for someone who is willing to rent out the room as a studio space. This would be a great workspace for a writer, visual artist, tattoo artist, yoga teacher or as an office for someone who needs extra space. (The picture above is a different room, but the room looks exactly the same). I also own a very sweet cat who tends to follow me around, but will most likely not bother you. The second room is fairly large and can fit a desk, table, and other equipment easily. The space has large windows which bring in natural light and is in a quiet neighborhood. You’d have your own entrance into the space. I’m located in the upper 9th ward, two blocks away from St Claude Avenue. If interested then please email me for more info.
